If you have a problem with an ordered product that has not been resolved by the Technical Department or the Sales Department, you have the option to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without mandatory invocation of any reason and without penalties, the customer bearing the cost of return
The first step is to complete this return form.
This form must be completed in full, and we will respond by email or phone within 3 business days with return instructions.
We only accept returns via express courier.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with the label, without being damaged, stained or modified, without signs of wear.
Product returns are mandatory after you have completed the form.
We reserve the right not to accept return parcels without prior written notification.
We recommend using a secure shipping method and keeping proof of dispatch. Until the returned items reach our office, the products and their condition remain your responsibility.
Please allow up to 7 days for the money to appear in your bank account.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, according to the legislation in force.
