Delivery Policy

1. Available Delivery Methods

Products sold on this website are delivered by express courier to the address specified by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery is carried out by partner courier companies, on a "Door to Door" basis, both within Romania and in the European Union.

2. Delivery Times

Romania: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
European Union: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

During sales periods, public holidays, promotional campaigns or adverse weather conditions, delays beyond our control may occur.

3. Delivery Costs

Delivery in Romania: 19.90 RON (VAT included)
Delivery in the European Union: 20 EUR (VAT included)

Shipping fees are displayed separately before completing the order. In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply, clearly communicated on the site.

4. Delivery Conditions

Delivery is made to the customer's home, at the complete address entered in the order form.
The courier will contact the customer by phone before delivery to confirm receipt of the package.
The customer has the obligation to check the integrity of the package upon receipt and to report any damage at the time of receipt, by drawing up a report together with the courier's representative.

5. Undelivered Orders and Cash on Delivery Restrictions

If a shipped package is not picked up by the customer, we reserve the right to suspend the possibility of placing cash on delivery orders.
For subsequent orders, payment can only be made online, by bank card.
Shipping costs for undelivered orders may be charged to the customer according to the terms and conditions of sale.

6. Product Shipment

All products are properly packaged to ensure protection during transport.
In the case of fragile or perishable products, special packaging is used, and transport is carried out under optimal safety conditions.
