Return Policy
If you have an issue with a product you have ordered that has not been resolved by our Technical Department or Sales Department, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without being required to provide a reason and without any penalties. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

This form must be completed in full. We will respond by email or phone within 3 business days with the return instructions.
We only accept returns sent via express courier.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached, and must not be damaged, stained, altered, or show any signs of wear.
Products may only be returned after the return form has been completed.
We reserve the right to refuse any return parcels sent without prior written notification.
We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment. Until the returned items reach our office, the products and their condition remain your responsibility.
Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with applicable legislation.
