Delivery Policy
1. Available Delivery Methods
The products sold on this website are delivered via express courier to the address specified by the customer at the time the order is placed.
Delivery is carried out through our partner courier companies using a “Door to Door” service, both within Romania and across the European Union.
2. Delivery Times
Romania: 1–3 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.
European Union: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
During sale periods, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or unfavorable weather conditions, delays may occur beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are displayed separately before completing the order. In certain cases, free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly communicated on the website.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery is made to the customer’s address provided in the order form.
The courier may contact the customer by phone before delivery to confirm the receipt of the package.
The customer is responsible for checking the integrity of the package upon delivery and reporting any damage at the time of receipt by completing a report together with the courier representative.
5. Unclaimed Orders and Cash on Delivery Restrictions
If a shipped package is not collected by the customer, we reserve the right to suspend the possibility of placing future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
For subsequent orders, payment may be accepted exclusively online by bank card.
Shipping costs related to unclaimed orders may be charged to the customer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
6. Product Shipping
All products are properly packaged to ensure protection during transport.
For fragile or perishable products, special packaging is used and transportation is carried out under optimal safety conditions.
