Return Policy

If you have an issue with a product you ordered that could not be resolved by our Technical Department or Sales Department, you may return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason and without any penalties. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

This form must be filled out in full, and we will reply by email or phone within 3 business days with return instructions.

We accept returns only via express courier.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and without being damaged, stained, altered, or showing signs of wear.

Returning products is only possible after you have completed the return form.

We reserve the right to refuse return parcels that are sent without prior written notice.

We recommend using a secure shipping method and keeping proof of shipment. Until the returned items reach our office, the products and their condition remain your responsibility.

Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, in accordance with applicable legislation.
